Post Purchase we will need to verify your information before you are granted access to the course material. Please add your name exactly as it appears on your KBN license. The verification process usually takes between 24-72 hours.
If we have found that your credentials are not in good standing or that you have any restrictions that will prevent you from being eligible for the certification, we will refund your purchase. We do not give refunds should you fail the course or fail to complete the course in your 90 day time window. The only case for a refund is if you are not eligible.
